Google Testing app ‘Reply’ – One of the new Google apps

The search giant Google now testing a new application named Reply. Allo, One of the smart messaging app for smartphone users. We all know that it developed by Google and its Smart reply feature is more highlighted one. Some other applications have also implemented this feature as well. Earlier Google opens Area 120 division, it is a workshop for Google’s experimental products. And it sent out invites to try out the new app “Reply”. You can also sign up for Google Area 120 Division for early access to products. The Reply gives smart replies to other messaging apps including native and third-party messaging apps. The news was spotted on Android Police (A popular tech blog). And a detailed screenshot of the email sent out to testers about Reply app is appended to that blog.

Key features of the App describes the Screenshot listed below

  • Do Not Disturb: When you’re driving, Reply can silence your phone and tell people who message you that you can’t chat right now.
  • Don’t miss the important stuff: When you get an urgent message like “We’re waiting for you!” Reply app can make sure to get your attention even when your phone is silent.
  • Vacation responder: The Reply app can check your calendar and tell people if you’re not working.
  • Your Favorite Chat Apps: Reply works with Hangouts, Allo, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Android Messages, Skype, Twitter DMs, and Slack.

The reply will have basic functions like responding to messages that require a Yes/ No reply. Reply app can be able to make reply’s more advanced questions like ‘When can you be home?’. If you are enabled your location,  Then it can access the data from Google maps and give a better response.
