film released on 24 December in kerala . It won 8 awards at the 46th Kerala State Film Awards, including Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director and Best Cinematography. This is about charlie in kerala. 

      But the amazing factor is this film (Charlie)  has made history by becoming one of the most loved Indian movies in Japan. And it was the first Mollywood film to release in Japan with Japanese subtitles. The director Martin Prakkat officially confirmed this news. This is a big surprise for Dulquer Salmaan's fans and also for our peoples who loved good movies. The film is distributing in Japan by an Indian movie distribution company in Japan, named Celluloid Japan. This company had collaborated with a Japanese distribution company named Dozo for distributing Charlie with Japanese subtitles.  It  showed there with Japanese subtitles in the famous Kineki Theater in Omori on May 15th and May 29th. And charley got good appriciations from japanies. They loved this movie very much. First time charley released in japan without japanies subtitiles. And got good appreciations and they decided to release again with japanies subtitles.
